Measure around the fullest part of your bust making sure the tape fits comfortably and is parallel to the floor.
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist below your rib cage and above the hips making sure the tape fits comfortably and is parallel to the floor.
Measure around the widest part of your hips below your waist and above your thigh making sure the tape fits comfortably and is parallel to the floor.
Since our styles come from many unique designers, please keep in mind that each item may fit a little differently. The cut and composition of the fabric can also affect the way it fits on your body. The Details section on each product’s page will let you know how much stretch it has, and other important fit details.

At Aire Gypsy, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to do everything we can to try and make it better. We know that ordering things online can be a difficult since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out.
We accept returns, on full-priced items or items with discounts of up to 25% off (including discount codes), within 14 postmarked calendar days delivered to our warehouse from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information. All items are returnable only for a Online Store Credit. The cost of the original and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
When I will receive my Online Store Credit》Online Store Credit will be issued in a form of an Aire Gypsy Gift Card. The Gift Card code will be sent in 1 to 3 business days, once we have received the returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage by the client. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, smoke/perfume odor or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. If your return do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you, at your own expense.
Exchanges》 We offer exchanges for the same item but in a different size. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 2-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a Online Store Credit. We do encourage you to purchase the new size you would like and we would happily refund your payment once we receive your return, please include your new order number.
Shoe and handbags return policy》
We accept shoe returns, for a online Store Credit within 14 calendar days delivered to our warehouse from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.We are sorry but original and return shipping fees will not be refunded.Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs. Shoes discounted at 25% off or more, items marked with Final Sale or located in the Sale Category Collection cannot be returned for a online store credit, refunded or exchanged.
How should I send my return back》Please read the full Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated. Securely repackage your items. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice and will be responsible for paying postage. Please keep a record of the tracking number.
Return Packaging 》You are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s).
What if my package is refused or not delivered
》Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $18.00 return cost. 3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $7.00 return cost. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
What if there was something wrong with my order》Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact uswithin 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! Call us right away so we can make things right!
A full refund including the original and return shipping charges fee will be reimbursed, in cases where we have made a shipping error and the client no longer want to exchange or correct the order.

International Returns Policy》 International Returns Eligibility Window: To qualify for a refund, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 60 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). For store credit, items must be received back within 90 days. We are sorry but original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. All governmental taxes charges are non-refundable.
Giveaway Winners》Please claim your giveaway within a timely manner. Giveaway items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We offer store credit》 for the price difference between the purchase price and the sale price, if the order was placed 24 hours before the sale.
