What forms of payment do you accept? 
Payment can be made by credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover and JVC. You can also choose to pay with PayPal and ATH MOVIL. For more forms of payments see our payments icons at the bottom of the website.
Sold Out? What if the item i’m interested is no longer available in my size.

New items can be sold out rather quickly, but only in some styles we may be able to get more soon!

Please contact us via e-mail info@airegypsy.com and we will do our best to notify you if the item becomes available again. Please include the best email address for reaching you when the item becomes available.

How does your sizing run?

Most items run one size, however some items are marked as smaller fit or oversized in the product description section.

Why does the color of my item look different from the one seen in the photo on the website from my cell phone or computer?

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer/device monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our warehouse in Cabo Rojo, PR.

How Do I Use A Discount Code?

If you have a discount coupon, when you go to “check out” page, you may find an option where you need to input the number, that’s how you use it. Our system only accept one discount code per order.

Please claim your giveaway within a timely manner. Giveaway items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Product Care Advice 

Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is hand wash only, please do not wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please see tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item.

What is the status of my order?
You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page, where you can Sign In to your account to view your order status and history.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top right of the page and logging into your Aire Gypsy Account.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm and closed on Holidays. We will do our best to modify the contents of your order but once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Where is my order?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email within two to five working days ( Monday to Friday ) of placing your order. If you haven't seen one within five working days, please check your spam folder. Not there? Please send us a message, citing your order number, and we'll give you an update.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, you should see a tracking code under the subtitle Shipping Method. If your order was shipped standard the code will look like LK123456789HK and can be tracked on your local post website (eg USPS). If you track your parcel and get a Status Not Available message after 10 working days, please contact us.

Aire Gypsy is not responsible for: 

    • Delays with UPS or USPS shipping.
    • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail.
    • The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
    • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
    • International Duties or Customs charges.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. Will be happy to assist you

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly to investigate this issue. Unfortunately is impossible to us to be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

    We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for UPS and USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS and USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 


    General information 

    If an order is placed prior to receiving a store credit code, we cannot refund that amount to you. Please wait until your store credit is applied to your account if you’d like to place an order using this credit.

    If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please contact us before placing your order.

     

    WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Unfortunately we are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@airegypsy.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

    IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: 

    We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
