For your convenience, additional to our Aire Gypsy Flat Rate, you will be able to choose calculated rates based on your address and the weight of your items. Choose the shipping rate of your preference. 

Orders with Standard Shipping (SS) typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders shipped via (SS) typically arrive in 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. PT) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

We email a tracking number when your package ships, and you can track your package at https://www.usps.com/.

Weekends》Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Overnight Shipping》 Orders placed with 1 Business Day must be confirmed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 p.m. ET. Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. 1 Business Day is not available for Alaska or Hawaii 

Lost Packages》 If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. 

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. 

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. 

Signature Required》When is order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.

Standard International》 Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the following business day. Cost is based on weight and destination.

Expedited International》 Expedited International orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the following business day. Cost is based on weight and destination.

Customs and Duties》 Aire Gypsy does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Aire Gypsy does not pay these fees. 

Where is my order?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email within two to five working days ( Monday to Friday ) of placing your order. If you haven't seen one within five working days, please check your spam folder. Not there? Please send us a message, citing your order number, and we'll give you an update.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, you should see a tracking code under the subtitle Shipping Method. If your order was shipped standard the code will look like LK123456789HK and can be tracked on your local post website (eg USPS). If you track your parcel and get a Status Not Available message after 10 working days, please contact us.

Aire Gypsy is not responsible for: 

  • International Duties or Customs charges.

  • Delays with UPS, DHL or USPS shipping.

  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail.

  • The US Postal Service, DHL or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. Will be happy to assist you

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly to investigate this issue. Unfortunately is impossible to us to be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
